To help us provide every guest with the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read our booking guidelines.

Appointments

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you're running a little late, please let us know. We'll always do our best to

accommodate you, although arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we need to adjust or reschedule your service.

Changes & Cancellations

We understand that life doesn't always go to plan. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another guest.
